We all know that flexibility and good mobility is essential for a full, good golf swing. But how do we improve our flexibility and mobility, and then easily maintain it, especially as we get older?
Stretching alone isn’t enough. Many flexibility and range of motion issues in golfers arise from compression in our connective tissue or "fascia". Fascia surrounds all of our muscles, organs, blood vessels, and nerves. It's essentially the structure that holds everything together in your body. Due to aging, stress, fear and even gravity, the fascia can become “stuck” or glued to the surrounding tissue creating knots and adhesions. These knots and adhesions can restrict muscle function which in turn will affect your range of motion and ability to move properly through the swing motion.
Through our unique training of the fascia system in the body, and release of adhesions and compression you will find fascia freedom and be able to move your body through the proper swing motion
We teach you the practice of Block Therapy and how to use that "magic piece of wood", the Block Buddy, to decompress your stuck fascia and gain more freedom in your body!
